Love what’s in the bottle… but

I love the products. My facial hair couldn’t feel better… what surprised me though was the bottle pumps. They simply don’t work… at least on the bottles I received. Simple function turn one way to close the other to open and begin dispensing… they won’t …especially on the the conditioner this is an issue. I have to dip the non-working pump straw into the bottle several times in order to get enough product for my beard…. Like I said couldn’t be happier with the product… but the pumps were a let down. Product is 5stars but bottles 1star😬
