Never received my product and have failed attempts contacting someone to help.

I made an order on December 12th. Received an email confirmation that it was ready to ship on December 16th. As of January 2nd, I have not received the package and when tracking it, the message says UPS has not received the package. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by email with no response. I also tried calling but no one was available, and I had to leave a voicemail. As of now I have not been contacted. I am not impressed or happy about the dedication to their customers since I subscribed. Also, this left me with no gift to give my brother who came in from out of state for the holidays.
